Front-end equipment for solid-state batteries realizes full-process coverage from material mixing, fiberization, dry film forming to film lamination.Material mixing and fiberization equipment are our mature products. Dry film forming machines are available in 5-roll, 6-roll and 10-roll models, with a running speed of 20m/min, maximum width of 400mm, and processing thickness ranging from 50 to 230μm, with a dimensional accuracy of ±2μm.

Applicable Materials: Ternary cathode materials and graphite anode materials.

R&D Direction: Wide-width and high-speed film forming machines, currently under commissioning. The attached figure shows the 6-roll film forming & laminating AIO machine.
