Fuller will take advantage of each partner  (front, middle and back end)of new energy battery equipment to provide one-stop/turnkey solution.

The company can provide the whole production line equipment from mixing,coating,calendering,slitting,winding,lamination,assembly,injection to volume fraction, chemical forming, automatic logistics system etc. and is equipped with self-developed MES system to help our customers to create digital intelligent factories. In general, we provide turnkey services,high quality products and services for our customers.Our company's products have already got CE certification and passed UL tests. Our equipment have been launched in Europe and North America.

Former predecessor of Fuller Company:
Foshan Golden Milky Way Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (GMK)was established in 2002, engaged in the manufacturing of new energy equipment and chemical new materials equipment.GMK was listed on the Shenzhen Stock market in 2017 (stock code: 300619). It is a leading domestic enterprise in the continuous automatic mixing equipment of new energy batteries and provides complete automation solutions for the manufacturing of lithium-ion and sodium ion battery. The company's new energy equipment products include: continuous automatic production line for lithium battery slurry, lithium mica extraction battery grade lithium carbonate continuous automatic production line, double-side high-speed wide coating machine for lithium battery , a precision calendering and slitting machine for lithium battery, high-efficiency dual planetary power mixer, and other industry-leading equipment and overall solutions.

Cenje Intelligent Equipment (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Cenje Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.,is a manufacturing enterprise engaged in the production of core middle section equipment for lithium battery. Its products include various types of winding machines, laser cutting and winding machines, high-speed die-cutting machines, high-speed laminating machines, high-speed cutting and lamination machines, hot press machines, pairing machines, ultrasonic welding machines, shell insertion machines, laser welding machines, helium inspection machines, baking lines, liquid injection machines, as well as various types of high-speed cylindrical fully automatic assembly lines.

Dongguan light Asia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise engaged in the sales, research and development, manufacturing, and service of back-end production lines such as lithium battery formation, grading, OCV, DCR, precharging, sorting machines, and automatic logistics systems. As a supplier of fully automatic post-processing systems for lithium-ion batteries, we mainly provide back-end system and solution for lithium battery factory.
Wuhan Yifei Laser Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 688646) was founded in Optics Valley of Wuhan in 2005 and listed on the SSE STAR Market in July 2023. As a national high-tech enterprise, it specializes in the R&D, production and sales of intelligent precision laser processing equipment. Its main products include lithium battery cell & module/PACK automatic assembly lines, professional laser equipment and smart factory logistics systems.
